30-DAY ONLINE GUIDE TO OUTDOOR WELLNESS

Join Danielle Wolter Nolan as your guide for the 30-Day Online Guide to Outdoor Wellness. This program is based off of trainings and teachings that Danielle has received throughout her career as a Yoga instructor, Thai masseuse, Reiki master, co-founder of an outdoor adventure company, DNK Presents, non-profit outdoor women’s empowerment organization, Live Adventurously, and her personal company, Soulful Trail.

The teachings in this program are to help build mental, physical and emotional health and wellness through reconnection with the outdoors. We do that through hiking activities that you can do anywhere – even if you live in the middle of a city! As long as you get outdoors in any way this program will work for you. You will get yoga sessions, guided meditations, guided breathing exercises, journaling prompts, and an online community to communicate with (if you desire) through out the program. Plus, I will be doing some special live sessions that only the group will have a chance to be part of.

Did I mention you also get to keep all of the videos of yoga sessions, meditations, relaxing breathing exercises, and electronic journal booklet forever! You can come back to this program at ANY time and the online community will always be there for you.

Also, anyone going through the Online Guide to Outdoor Wellness will have the option to take an in person retreat with me in beautiful Brown County, Indiana in late 2020 (additional fees required). This is only available for women who have gone through the 30-day outdoor wellness program and there will be limited room for this intimate retreat. You will get the latest details as soon as it is available.
