Wild Women’s Hike

Join us for our sweetheart Galentine’s Wild Women’s Hike! We will meet at the entrance of the Abe Martin Lodge in Brown County State Park in Nashville, Indiana. We will be pairing this hike with the WinterBliss Wellness Retreat taking place at the Abe Martin Lodge, any one attending the retreat can join in the hike as part of the schedule. Those not attending the retreat can also join – it’s open to all!
We will hike the Trail 2 loop, we will get on Trail 3 for a bit since Trail 2 is partly under construction. This will be about 3 miles with about 300 ft. of elevation gain and loss. The trail is mostly single track and the terrain is rugged.
Please dress for the weather, wear layers, wear hiking boots or a sturdy shoe, bring a pack with water, snacks, and whatever else you might need.
*This hike is kid friendly but there is over 350 ft. of elevation gain and loss, the trail is mostly single track with uneven terrain. If your child is used to that kind of difficulty and length then we would love to have them along.
*For this hike we ask that you leave your furry friends at home, look for a special guided hike in 2020 that you can bring your pup to!
*We focus most of our events for women only to empower more women to feel more confident in the outdoors and to create a more equal playing field for women recreating! We know to move to needle for women we need include men and those who are gender fluid in the conversation. Women and allies are welcome and invited 😍🥾
