Meet your Teacher, Danielle Wolter Nolan as your guide for the Online Outdoor Winter Wellness Program. This course is based off of trainings and teachings that Danielle has received throughout her career as a Yoga instructor, Thai masseuse, Reiki master, co-founder of an outdoor adventure company, DNK Presents, non-profit outdoor women’s empowerment organization, Live Adventurously, and her personal nature energy healing company, Soulful Trail.
The teachings in this program are to help build mental, physical and emotional health and wellness through reconnection with the outdoors. We do that through hiking activities that you can do anywhere – even if you live in the middle of a city! As long as you can get outdoors in any way this program will work for you. You will get yoga sessions, guided meditations, guided breathing exercises, journaling prompts, and an online community to connect with.
