Join us for a wild women’s hike in beautiful Brown County State Park. We will hike Trail 4. Meet us at the parking lot for the Rally campsites. This is right before you would enter the Campground area, across from the children’s playground.
We will hike down Trail 4 and hike around Ogle Lake and back up. The total mileage is 3 miles with about 317 ft. of elevation gain. This is one of our favorite hikes in the park!
Make sure to wear appropriate clothing for the hike, dress for the weather. We recommend layers, a hat, a sturdy shoe or hiking boot. Bring a small pack with water and snacks and anything else you might need for the hike.

The Wild Women’s Hike series is a program dedicated to getting more women and girls feeling comfortable and confident in the outdoors. We feel diversity is a competitive advantage and in order to create change for women and girls in the outdoors we need allies to support this. Therefore men or those who identify as gender fluid or gender neutral are welcome to attend these events. ♥
Join us for our March hike at Browning Mountain in Nashville, IN! Browning Mountain also known as Indiana’s Stonehenge is one of our most mysterious spots in the state. Make sure to dress for the weather, the terrain is steep in some places and the trail is rugged. We will take our time as a group to explore this beautiful trail!
36 Franklin St. Nashville, IN 47448
We will car pool over from here to the trail head because there is very little parking where we will enter the trail. The trail at first is a very steep uphill to the site of the mysterious sandstone boulders said to be from Native Americans ceremonies in the area. After the hike we plan to have lunch at The Bird’s Nest Cafe, everyone is welcome to join us!

DNK Presents organizes and guides empowering adventure experiences for individuals, groups and businesses. We specialize in women’s specific events that support women, girls and people in the LGBTQ community to live adventurously. We started doing free monthly wild women’s hikes to get more women and girls outside feeling more comfortable and confident in the outdoors. We believe that inclusivity is an asset and we know that in order to move the needle for women we need the support of our male allies, and those who are gender neutral or gender fluid to support this cause. We invite people of all ages, we’ve had mother’s wrap their children on themselves before and folks well into their 80s hike with us. We welcome people of all colors and cultural backgrounds! If you believe in getting more women and girls outdoors and empowering them through nature, then you are welcome to participate in these events with us!
